Meet
Sasha.

Young fitness fanatic. I'm the person behind Macro/24 because I got tired of clunky trackers, cringey wellness apps, and the whole diet-culture circus — the pastel gradients, the "mindful bites," the guilt-tripping streak counters. None of it was built for someone actually trying to put on muscle, hit protein, and train four days a week without a spreadsheet degree. I wanted a tracker that's fast, honest, and actually usable between sets. Nobody was making it. So I did.

§ 02 · The story

I was in the gym for 2 years, but my diet constantly lacked.

I spent two years in the gym before anything actually happened. Two years of showing up, lifting hard, thinking I was doing everything right — but my diet constantly lacked. I wasn't hitting protein, I wasn't tracking calories, and I definitely wasn't sleeping like I should have been. Predictably, I stayed the same size.

Then I finally stopped pretending hard work alone was enough. I started tracking macros, eating like it mattered, and actually recovering. Not because I'm neurotic (okay, a little neurotic) but because I realized every jacked person online said the same thing: count your protein or stop complaining. Once I did, the body finally started catching up to the effort.

The problem was the tools. MyFitnessPal feels like a museum piece. Cronometer is tax software. The rest are wellness apps with pastel gradients that don't know what a hypertrophy block is. So somewhere between class and squat sessions, I started building Macro/24 — the version I actually wanted.

It's still early. It's mostly just me. But if you're a lifter who's done with garbage UI, or anyone who just wants to log a meal in three seconds without an ad for a smoothie subsidy — this is for you. It's for me too. That's the whole point.

§ 03 · My stack

What I actually do.

No gimmicks. This is the routine I've run and the one Macro/24 is calibrated for.

01

Chest

Heavy pressing first. Incline, flat, and enough flies that the upper chest finally shows up.

02

Shoulders · Triceps

Lateral raises, overhead press, then triceps until the horseshoe starts forming.

03

Legs

Squat, RDL, and enough accessories that stairs become a personal insult.

04

Back · Biceps

Pull day. Rows, pulldowns, and curls until the sleeves stop fitting.

§ 04 · What I believe

Three rules.

§ 01

Lift heavy. Do it right.

Real form. Real sleep. Real food. Ignore the internet uncles. The basics have never lost.

§ 02

Tracking beats vibes.

You can't outwork numbers. If you don't know your protein, your kcal, or your sleep — you're guessing. Guessing is slow.

§ 03

Apps should respect you.

No ads. No streak guilt. No fake celebration confetti. Just the data, clean, and out of the way.

§ 05 · Proof of work

What dedication does.

Not a before/after ad. Just the receipts — 155lbs, years of showing up. This is the body Macro/24 is calibrated for.
