MacroTracker24 offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and the lifetime unlock. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All payments for Macro/24 are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled by Paddle.
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with.
- Request a refund on the transaction you want refunded.

After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your paid access ends and your account returns to the free tier. You can resubscribe at any time.
Subscriptions and cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund; use the refund process above within 30 days if you'd like your money back.
