Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Macro/24 website, applications, and services (the "Service") operated by MacroTracker24 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you enter into an agreement with MacroTracker24.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have permission to bind the organization on whose behalf you are using the Service.

3. The Service

Macro/24 provides calorie and macronutrient tracking tools and a recipe & menu template library. Content and features may change over time. The Service is a general fitness tool and is not medical, nutritional, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or training.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing the intellectual property of others; uploading malware; probing, scanning, or interfering with the Service's security; or scraping or automated harvesting of content.

6. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy and is processed by Paddle.

8. Intellectual property

MacroTracker24 retains all right, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, branding, and content we produce. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g. logged meals, notes, photos). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

10. Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroTracker24's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MacroTracker24 for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MacroTracker24 is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
